GroupHab combines physical therapy and group fitness.
Patrice Hazan is a physical therapist trained in gerontology, and has worked as a fitness instructor. Her new business, GroupHab, combines fitness and therapy to create a model offering what she calls group physical therapy exercise. Her studio, filled with weights, balls, bands and other fitness gear, also features adaptive equipment for those with chronic conditions and limited motion.
